Try this warming cheat day recipe by Molewa’s Kitchen, featuring an easier-than-it-sounds onion jam made with Stellar Organics Pinotage. It’s also pretty easy to switch this dish to vegetarian – simply hold the bacon.

Dennis paired this hearty dish with The River’s End Chenin Blanc 2015, a wine which he says is just right to enjoy with a starchy delight like pasta.
