Tasting note
This Semillon is a pale straw colour with a lovely green tint. The nose is ripe bell pepper which follows through on the palate, along with a mild acidity. The wine has a nice full body and roundness with a long aftertaste.

Mild chicken curries eg Chicken Korma or butter Checken; roast chicken with lemon & garlic; pan-fried pork chops; mussels in garlic cream sauce; crayfish tails with seafood mayonnaise; gnocchi with pesto cream sauce
