This pale green blend of Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc has a granadilla, lemongrass and lime nose. The palate consists of guava, tropical fruit and sweet melon with well-balanced acidity on the entry.
Enjoy with lightly curried chicken, seared salmon or pork dishes.
