This wine has an intense dark ruby colour. Nose: roasted red pepper with vanilla in the background combined with dark flavours of cherry tobacco. The wine has good firm tannins. This combination of tannin and acid is essential to give life to a NSA wine./p>
Pair with beef roasts, Peking Duck or chocolate-based desserts.
